Abstract A differential output circuit comprising: a first power supply line; a constant current source that includes a current input terminal coupled to the first power supply line; an output common mode voltage setting unit that includes a variable resistor element, one end of the variable resistor element being coupled to a current output terminal of the constant current source; and a signal transmission unit that includes a first power supply terminal and a second power supply terminal, the first power supply terminal being coupled to the other end of the variable resistor element, and the second power supply terminal being coupled to a second power supply line which supplies a voltage lower than a voltage of the first power supply line.
