Summary:A display device includes a processor for outputting a most-significant m-bit data from an n-bit data and one of a plurality of patterns indicative of first and second locations of a first modulation data in first and second consecutive frames, respectively, in accordance with least significant (n-m) bits of the n-bit data, and a data driver for generating a gray scale value corresponding to the most significant m-bit data and modulating the gray scale value in accordance with the one of the plurality of the patterns, wherein the number of the first location increases at different ratios based on the gray scale.
