A computer application program on a supplier computer system receives an order from a customer by way of a computer customer system for a customer selected product, the computer application program having a predetermined time period and negotiates billing information with said customer for the purchase of said ordered customer selected product, said negotiated billing information for billing said customer for the purchase of said ordered customer selected product. If the customer takes delivery of said customer selected product within said predetermined time period, the computer application program billing said customer for said delivered customer selected product, however if the customer does not take delivery of said customer selected product within said predetermined time period, the computer application program cancelling said order and cancelling said billing according to said billing information based on expiration of said predetermined time period.
