Abstract | Disclosed is a rechargeable battery having an integrated cell (12, 21, 33, 42). The rechargeable battery having an integrated cell (12, 21, 33, 42) includes a protective circuit board (11, 32, 41) disposed at the top of the battery and a cell (12, 21, 33, 42) disposed at the base of the battery. The cell includes a jellyroll (121, 43) and a metal housing (122, 22, 313, 44). The protective circuit board (11, 32, 41) is disposed on a protective board support structure (13, 36, 45). The cell (12, 21, 33, 42) is electrically connected to the protective circuit board (11, 32, 41) through a socket (14, 35, 46) disposed on the protective circuit board (11, 32, 41). A USB interface (15, 47) for charging the battery is disposed on the protective circuit board (11, 32, 41). |
