Abstract A door glass assembly includes a door frame configured to form a door of a vehicle, a door glass configured to be installed in the door frame to be ascended and descended relative to the door frame, a garnish configured to be engaged with an outer surface of the door frame so that the outer surface of the door frame is finished with the garnish, a slider installed on the door glass and having a front end received in the door frame to guide the door glass, and a position adjusting part provided on an inner surface of the door glass and configured to adjust a gap between an end portion of the door glass and the garnish.
