Abstract A display substrate, a display device and a remote control system are provided in order to solve a problem that the existing touch technology is not capable of touching and controlling accurately any region in the display device distant from a user. The display substrate comprises a base substrate, color filters located on the base substrate and at least one optical recognition structure which is located at least partially in non-display regions of the display substrate and is configured to sense an irradiation of a predefined light beam to generate a voltage signal and transmit the voltage signal to an external circuit through a signal line connected to the optical recognition structure.
