Summary: | A method for detonation applying ceramic coating on metal articles, preferably of titanium alloys comprises jet and abrasive treatment of external surface of article and sputtering thereon in the flow of carrier with shock wave. According to the invention jet and abrasive treatment is carried out by corundum sand based on aluminium oxides with size of particles of 50.0-125.0 Ám, after said treatment chemical etching is carried out in the solution of orthophosphoric acid and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride with washing in distilled water, and also subsequent electrochemical passivation by titanium oxides at depth of 300.0-1000.0 ?. The invention provides for increase in strength of cohesive resistance of ceramic coating on articles. |
