Summary: | An antifriction alloy contains sintered powders offerrophosphorus, iron, graphite and copper or alloys thereof with localized impurities of granules containing copper and graphite, reinforcing metal gauze and binding agent. A method for the preparation of antifriction material involves preparation of granules by granulation of the first mixture of powders containing powders of graphite and copper, mixing granules with the second mixture of powders containing powders of ferrophosphorus, iron, graphite, copper, shaping the obtained charge on steel substrate and melting together with substrate. The first mixture is granulated with obtaining granules having a size of 0.4-2.0 mm, granules are mixed with the second mixture of powders and binding agent and shaped on the steel substrate with the metal gauze disposed thereon. Friction unit element involves bearing element with baked layer of antifriction material. |
