Summary:The method for treating the patients with microsporia of the smooth skin with the involvement of lanugo comprises the application of the ointment and the removal of the affected hair. 1% Lamipharm with the cream base is used twice a day until the triple negative results of mycological examination. The hair is eliminated using the following composition: sugar 80.0, citric acid 5.0, the distilled water 100.0. The applications of the composition are performed after spraying 10% Lidocaine on Days 2, 7 and 14 of the treatment.
