Abstract | Method of conducting the blast furnace melting, at which into the blast furnace iron-ore materials, flux and coke, variable composition of the components of charge, which provide obtaining the cast iron and slag of assigned compositions are introduced. At calculation of the composition of cast iron and slag the values of factors of transfer of basic elements of charge (silicon, manganese, sulfur, iron) into the slag are determined from the formulas: LSi; LMn; LS; LFe = A0 + A1 ? Fe2O3 + A2 ? ?e + A3 ? ? + A4 ? PH + A5 ? ? CO + A6 ? TT + A7 ? Lfz. |
