Provided is a nonwoven cloth which is suitable for a highly soft top sheet, back sheet, or side gather portion of an absorbent article used for sanitary materials, which has little strike-through of a hot-melt agent, and with which it is possible to maintain high process stability and productivity. A long-fiber nonwoven cloth of the present invention is made from a thermoplastic resin, the long-fiber nonwoven cloth characterized in that at least one surface of the nonwoven cloth has a contact area rate of 30% to 60% inclusive, and has a minimum irregularity difference ratio of 15% to 50% inclusive with respect to the thickness of the nonwoven cloth.
