Abstract The present invention relates to a polysiloxane copolymer which enables the production of a silicone resin that can impart high antistatic performance to resins and has a strength property at such a level that the silicone resin can be used as an optical adhesive agent. The present invention provides: a polysiloxane copolymer which enables the production of a silicone resin that can impart high antistatic performance to polycarbonate resins, acrylic resins and silicone resins and has a strength property at such a level that the silicone resin can be used as an optical adhesive agent; and an antistatic agent comprising the polysiloxane copolymer.
