An implant medical material management device and the method thereof are provided, the device may include: an account management module for managing the user account permission and the account settings; a basic data management module for managing the data of all surgery processes; a medical data management module for the manager to set the machine materials according to the charge methods of all material suppliers; a surgery record module for an operating room worker to record all surgery processes by using the scanner to read the material barcodes of the implant medical materials; a storage management module for the user to check the stock, inventory the stock, replenish the stock and transmit/receive the purchase and delivery messages to/from the suppliers; a data connection module for connecting to the database of the medical information system of the hospital; a report module for special statistics and check the records; an account information management module for the manager to perform the surgery recor
