Summary:The present invention relates to a cover structure applied in refractory muzzle and a method of producing the same. The cover may be installed at the muzzle of an emitter in which a frame and a force-equalizing rib is respectively made of fabric strengthened plastic, and a first protection layer and a second protection layer is respectively made of fabric cloth strengthened plastic; the first and the second protection layer is covered on the two sides of the frame and made up of the frame to form an accommodating space thereby; the force-equalizing rib is disposed in the accommodating space and defines a plurality of accommodating chambers; after filling foaming material into the accommodating chambers and assembling a handle bar and fixation pieces, a structure with low cost and light weight for easy to convey may be completed.
