A method of braid-structure forming by threads guiding apparatus is provided for circular braiding process. By this method, local geometry of braid forming can be directly controlled by threads guide to fabricate desired structure within a complex shape. This method can be applied on different types of braiding process such as continuous braiding process, batch process of bi-axial braid with a shaped mandrel, batch process of tri-axial braid with a shaped mandrel, and continuous braiding process of tri-axial braid without a shaped mandrel. The apparatus of shape forming is composed of thread guides in radial alignment. Each thread guide can be moved inwards and outwards approaching the surface of a shaped solid mandrel or a desired virtual mandrel to place interlaced points onto desired positions while the movements of thread guides operates with carrier movements. This new design can lock braid yarns with warp threads in accurate positions for fabricating precise braided structure of complex shapes.
