Abstract The present invention provides an electrode driving device and electronic equipment capable of arranging a plurality of wirings without crossing them. The electrode driving device comprises: first to third electrode patterns 21 to 23, first to third wiring patterns 31 to 33 and first to third terminals 41 to 43 arranged in a quadrilateral area 20. The first terminal 41 is arranged on the side of the first wiring pattern 31 and the second terminal 42 is arranged on the side of the second wiring pattern 32 on the border of the third wiring pattern 33. The third terminal 43 is arranged between the first terminal 41 and the second terminal 42.
