Abstract | A coffee beverage according to the present invention has a ph of 5.0 to 6.5 and contains a sucrose fatty acid ester comprising not less than 60% by weight of stearic acid based on the weight of constituent fatty acid of the ester and having a monoester content of not less than 90% by weight. Such a coffee beverage according to the present invention can be preserved for a long period of time without occurrence of cloudiness or separation and aggregation of coffee oils. |
