Summary:A circuit and a method for improving efficiency by using an external inductor for temperature control, wherein, calculating the operating temperature of a MOSFET by an inductor voltage, and regulating a driving voltage of a variable voltage gate driving module by the difference in operating temperature. When the operating temperature rises, the driving voltage of the gate increases accordingly; when the operating temperature decreases, the driving voltage of the gate decreases, thereby achieving the efficiency of regulating light and heavy loads.
