Abstract | This invention provides a method for producing a high-strength aluminum-based composite clump weight, including the following steps: selecting an aluminum alloy powder as a structural base material, a nickel powder as a sintering active material and a high-density metal powder as a filling material, wherein the nickel powder is used to increase the structural strength, and the addition of high-density metal powder is to increase and adjust the density of the clump weight; making a blocky blank body by employing a cold press molding manner; and then performing subsequent vacuum sintering, high-pressure pressing, solid solution treatment, water quenching and aging processes to enhance the strength of a sintered body. In this way, the low-temperature sintered high-strength aluminum-based composite clump weight is produced. |
