Abstract | The carbon fiber recovery device of the present invention comprises a low-oxygen cracking device which includes: a machine frame tilted to an angle relative to the horizontal plane and forming to have a higher portion with a feed inlet and a gas outlet and a lower portion with a discharging outlet and a gas inlet; a continuous conveying unit located at the higher portion, tilted to the aforementioned angle and communicated with the feed inlet; and a processing unit located at the lower portion and tilted to the aforementioned angle. The processing unit comprises a processing chamber and a microwave supply component. The end of the processing chamber facing the higher portion is communicated with the continuous conveying unit and the gas outlet, while the end of the processing chamber facing the lower portion is communicated with the discharging outlet and the gas inlet.
