A cotton swab dispensing device includes a box mechanism for containing multiple cotton swabs, and a pushing unit and a clamping unit mounted on the box mechanism. The pushing unit is operable to push one of the cotton swabs in the box mechanism out of an outlet. The clamping unit will be driven by the pushing unit, and cooperates with the box mechanism to clamp the cotton swab that has been pushed out of the outlet. Through the structural design of the pushing unit and the clamping unit mounted on the box mechanism, the cotton swab box according to the present invention can conveniently store multiple cotton swabs, and the stored cotton swabs can be accessed when needed and discarded after using.
