Abstract | A method for identifying the installation positions of sensors, which predefines the correspondence relations between a first sliding member and the signal feature, and a second sliding member and the signal feature according to the installation directions of the sensors, then drives the first and second sliding members of one of the feeding systems to obtain and analyze the three axis signal returned by the sensor, firstly screens the responsive three axis signal, and then judges the maximum response axis difference of the three axis signal, so as to identify the sensor which is mounted on the first sliding member, then identifies the corresponding relation between the remaining three axis signal and the sensor mounted on the second sliding member according to the dynamic and static signal characteristics, automatically identifying the installation positions of the sensors. |
