Summary:A joint (30) that couples a lower floor column (20) to an upper floor column (40) comprises a frame (31), bolts (341) that pass through the side surfaces of the frame, and a solid section (36) made by filling the internal section of the frame with expansive cement and curing the expansive cement. A composite beam (50) comprises a beam body made from an H-beam, and joint plates (55) welded to each end of the beam body in the direction of extension. Through-holes (56) are formed in the joint plates (55) to allow bolts to pass through. The joint (30) is fixed onto the upper end of the lower floor column (20), nuts (35) are fitted onto the bolts (341) passed through the through-holes (56) of the joint plates (55), and the joint plates (55) and the frame (31) are welded and joined together.
