A roller includes a cylindrical body, a plurality of massage pieces, a plurality of elastic components, an airbag and an inflator. The plurality of massage pieces is arranged around the cylinder body. The plurality of elastic components is respectively movably connected between one of the plurality of massage pieces and the cylindrical body. The inflator is arranged in the cylinder body. The airbag is arranged between the cylindrical body and the plurality of massage pieces, and communicates with the inflator. When the inflator inflates the airbag, the airbag pushes the massage pieces away from the cylindrical body, and the elastic components are stretched and accumulate a restoring force, so that the roller has a first diameter. When the airbag is deflate, the elastic components drive the massage pieces to move toward the cylinder body by releasing the restoring force, so that the roller has a second diameter. The first diameter is greater than the second diameter.
