Summary:The invention discloses a holding device, which includes a base, two guiding members, a movable part and two limiting mechanisms. The two guiding members are fixed on the base. The two ends of the movable part are connected with two limiting mechanisms. Each limit mechanism includes a limiting member, an elastic assembly and an operating assembly. Each limiting member can be mutually locked with one of the locking structures of the guiding member. The operating assembly can be operated to switch between the released state and the restricted state. When the operating assembly is operated and is in the released state, each limiting member does not engage with the adjacent locking structure, and the movable member can move relative to the base. When the operating assembly is operated and is in a restricted state, each of the limiting members is locked with the adjacent locking structure, and the movable member cannot move relative to the base.
