Abstract | The invention provides a TPU-CNT based conductive antistatic masterbatch and its products. Every 100 parts by mass of the TPU-CNT based conductive antistatic masterbatch includes the following parts by mass: thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) 30 to 50 parts; a compatibility agent 20 to 40 parts; a lubricant 1 to 3 parts; a flow modifier 3 to 10 parts; and carbon nanotubes (CNT) 25 to 35 parts. The beneficial effect of the present invention is that, compared with the prior art that needs to be filled with processing oil in the TPU, the present invention increases the fluidity of the TPU by adding the flow modifier and the lubricant to the TPU, so that the CNT are evenly distributed. Moreover, there is no need to fill the TPU with processing oil, which will not cause the liquid oil to migrate to the surface of the product after the TPU is prepared into a finished product, causing the surface of the product to become sticky. |
