The megaphone body and the mouth piece structure formed by the megaphone can be detachably combined. The filter has a mesh case and a mesh web. The mesh case is composed of a pair of mesh case half bodies, which can be opened and closed and can overlap each other to form a flat space. One or more layers of the mesh web are replaceably accommodated in the flat space of the mesh case.
