Abstract A life form radar system, identification method, and database establishment method are provided. The system includes a graphic analysis unit, a frequency spectrum analysis unit, and a calculation unit. The calculation unit includes a feature extraction portion and a match identification portion. With the graphic analysis unit and the frequency spectrum analysis unit receiving the signal detected by the radar, the signal calculation for forming the graphic signal and generating the frequency spectrum signal, the feature extraction portion receiving such signals for extracting the target features of an object, and the match identification portion comparing the target features, a life form will be accurately identified. Also, the corresponding features of the life form will be established into a feature database for usage in future identification.
