Abstract | Provided is a wax composition that is for toner, that can impart low-temperature fixability and heat-resistant storage ability to toner, and in which a coloring agent can be excellently dispersed. This wax composition for toner contains: a wax (a) containing a monoester between a straight-chain monocarboxylic acid and a straight-chain monoalcohol; and an ester (b) between glycerin and a carboxylic acid mixture including a straight-chain monocarboxylic acid having one hydroxy group and having 12-24 carbon atoms and a straight-chain monocarboxylic acid having 12-24 carbon atoms, wherein the wax (a) containing the monoester between a straight-chain monocarboxylic acid and a straight-chain monoalcohol has a hydroxyl value of 30 or less. |
