Abstract The invention provides a plant safety monitoring apparatus, system and method thereof, for monitoring a detected plant if touched by an organic body. The plant safety monitoring apparatus comprises: a microprocessor; an electrode unit set on the detected plant and electrically connected with the microprocessor for detecting a resistance value of the detected plant and analyzing the resistance value; a communication unit electrically connected with the microprocessor; and a power electrically connected with the microprocessor for supplying a needed power for the plant safety monitoring apparatus. The electrode unit continuously detects the resistance value of the detected plant for getting a resistance change value, wherein when the organic body touches the detected plant, the resistance value change is not zero; when the detected plant is not touched, the resistance value change is zero.
