Summary:A system information managing Method is implemented by a processing unit of a computing device. The computing device also includes a first storage unit, a baseboard management control unit, and a second storage unit. The method includes the step of: (A) In response to the execution of a boot system program, the processing unit generates and transmits a system management data request to the baseboard management control unit so that the baseboard management control unit transmits the system management data to the processing unit based on the system management data request; (B) The processing unit receives the system management data from the baseboard management control unit, and determines if the system management data is complete; and (C) When the processing unit determines that the system management data is complete, the processing unit stores the system information to the first storage unit and continues to execute the boot system program.
