Abstract | A kneader acquires the rubber temperature parameter related to the temperature of the rubber material that has been kneaded with the kneader and a measurement value of a correlation parameter correlated with the change in the value of the rubber temperature parameter. The kneader substitutes the measurement value into the operation control parameter calculation model formula obtained by modifying the rubber temperature parameter calculation model equation including the operation control parameter and the correlation parameter, and calculates the coefficients and constants of the operation control parameter and the correlation parameter using a machine learning algorithm. The kneader calculates a specific operation control parameter for controlling the rubber temperature parameter to a predetermined value by using the operation control parameter calculation formula specified by the coefficient and the constant calculated using the machine learning algorithm. |
