Summary:The present invention relates to a composition having luminescent properties comprising (1) and (2), wherein (1) is a compound having a perovskite crystal structure, said compound comprising A, B, X as constituent components, and (2) is a silazane or a modified silazane, and wherein: the A are monovalent cations, and from hexahedrons in the perovskite type crystal structure with the A being located respective vertexes thereof while the B being located at respective centers thereof; the B are metal ions; the X are at least one type of anions selected from the group consisting of halogen ions and thiocyanate ions, and form octahedrons in the perovskite type crystal structure with the X being position at respective vertexes thereof while the B being located at respective centers thereof.
