A solar steam circulation power generation system comprises a steam circulation pipeline having a closed space for water to be filled; Inside said steam circulation pipeline, there are: solar heating mechanism for boiling the water inside the steam circulation pipeline to generate steam by absorbing of solar energy; steam pressure increasing mechanism having a plurality of steam values for focusing steam to generate steam propulsion force when steam is circulated; steam pushing mechanism for pushing steam to circulate inside the pipeline with eddy current fan rotated by motor; steam propulsion mechanism, a plurality of turbines respectively installed at the steam outlet of said steam value for said steam pressure steam; and power generation mechanism, connected to the shaft of said turbine are driven to generate electricity for the people to use.
