Abstract | The present invention (1) relates to a container for storing at least one electrical energy storage unit, characterized by the fact that at least one of its walls is provided with at least one vent hatch (3) which is movable between a closed position so-called the normal position, in which it closes off said wall, and an open position so-called the safety position, in which it causes the interior space (E) of said container to communicate with the outside, and by the fact that it comprises: - at least one smoke detector (D) which, when it is activated, is configured to cause said hatch (3) to automatically change from said normal position to said safety position; - and/or management means configured to measure an operating parameter of said storage unit (4) and to cause said hatch (3) to automatically change from said normal position to said safety position provided that the performed measurement reaches a predetermined set value. |
