Abstract The invention relates to a computer-aided support system for drug sentencing. Primarily, an operation and display unit, a storage unit, a communication unit and a processing unit are built in an electronic device. The storage unit is stored with drug sentencing aid application programs which comprises program modules such as an automatically resolve module for referee books, an international comparison module, an auxiliary module during the implementation phase after judgment, an integration and exploration module for heterogeneous database and a analysis and review module for heavy sentences of historic cases. Accordingly, it can be provided to users such as judges to quickly search relevant provisions, past cases, heterogeneous data and international comparisons between reference cases to reduce the occurrence of the light and heavy sentencing cases during the judges'decisions to achieve the effect of improving the fairness when the judges proceed with drug sentencing.
