Summary:This present invention provides a polycarbonate composition comprising a polycarbonate, a phosphoric acid ester compound, and a thermal conductive filler. Said polycarbonate composition contains 30 wt% to 85 wt% of said polycarbonate, 4 wt% to 15 wt% of said phosphoric acid ester compound, and content of said thermal conductive filler is selected from greater than 10 wt% to less than 40 wt% or greater than 40 wt% to less than 65 wt%. Said polycarbonate composition of present invention has superior thermal conductivity and flame resistance. The present invention also provides an element made from said polycarbonate composition, which has superior thermal conductivity and flame resistance.
