This invention relates to a cold-charging type truck box and cargo container, comprising a truck box which includes one or more thermal insulation chambers, a cold storage chamber disposed corresponding to the top of thermal insulation chambers, and one or more cold accumulators disposed inside the cold storage chamber, wherein a wall of the truck box corresponding to the cold storage chamber is disposed thereon with a connector; a freezer comprising a transporting pipe and a refrigeration system, the transporting pipe having a first end connected to the refrigeration system and a second end connected to a quick connector, wherein by connecting the connector and the quick connector, the refrigeration system can transport the cold energy into the cold storage chamber through the transporting pipe to freeze the cold accumulators.
