The present invention provides a linear sliding rail with oil passage adjusting structure, which comprises: a sliding rail having a strip structure extended along a direction, which is defined as an axial direction; a sliding block fitted onto the sliding rail for performing a reciprocation movement relative to the sliding rail; and two end caps respectively configured at two ends of the sliding block in the axial direction. Each end cap is configured with an oil filling hole, an engaging groove, an adjusting groove, and two oil passages. The oil filling hole is communicated with the adjusting groove through the engaging groove, and the adjusting groove is communicated with the two oil passages. The depth of the adjusting groove is larger than the depths of the engaging groove and the two oil passages. The adjusting groove is configured with an adjusting member, and the adjusting member is used to adjust the clearance between one oil passage and the adjusting groove according to the inclined angle of the line
