Abstract The present invention relates to a buffer amplifying circuit possessing a digital-analog conversion function. The buffer amplifying circuit possessing the digital-analog conversion function comprises a first digital-analog conversion unit used for generating a first current and a second current according to a first reference signal and a plurality of digital data, and distributing the weighted proportions between the first current and the second current according to the digital data; and a buffer amplifying module used for generating an output voltage according to a first input voltage, a second input voltage, the first current and the second current, and determining the size of the output voltage according to the weighted proportions between the first current and the second current. Therefore, the buffer amplifying circuit possessing the digital-analog conversion function can achieve the purposes of reducing circuit area and cost.
