A drop material transporting guide mechanism and a transporting method thereof are disclosed. The drop material transporting guide mechanism includes multiple guide wires, each of which has a smooth surface and is twisted and rotated, a slide way defined by these guide wires, and multiple retaining rings surrounding and being fixed on these guide wires. The slide way has a material feed opening and a material discharge opening. The material feed opening is higher than the material discharge opening. The material feed opening of the drop material transporting guide mechanism is connected to a product output terminal of a previous workstation for receiving the products coming from the previous workstation. The material discharge opening of the drop material transporting guide mechanism is connected to a product input terminal of a next workstation for transporting the products to the next workstation.
