A bone screw and a bone screwing assembly using the same are provided. The bone screw is adapted for a bone. The bone includes a cortical portion and a cancellous portion. The cortical portion covers the cancellous portion. The bone screw includes a body and a screwing head. The body has a connecting end, a screwing end, a boundary location, a thread surface and a non-thread surface. The screwing end is opposite to the connecting end. The boundary location is located between the connecting end and the screwing end. The non-thread surface is located between the connecting end and the boundary location. The thread surface is located between the boundary location and the screwing end. The screwing head is connected to the connecting end of the body. When the screwing end of the bone screw is screwed into the cancellous portion of the bone, chips of the cancellous portion is moved along the thread surface towards the non-thread surface to be stacked between the non-thread surface and the bone.
