Abstract | The present invention relating to a rapid prototyping method for pulp mold is provided. The rapid prototyping method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a first mold equipped with pluralities of tiny apertures by means of Rapid Prototyping (RP) process; providing a second mold which may be enclosed and sealed with the first mold; sealing up the first mold with the second mold; inserting a gas tunnel into a space enclosed inside the first mold and the second mold; submerging the first mold and the second mold into a pulp solution; exhausting the gas from the gas tunnel; emerging the first mold and the second mold from the pulp solution; gas intake from the gas tunnel; performing and finishing the pulp mold. |
