The present invention provides a meal-ordering and reservation system, which is programmed and constructed on a server, and can be linked with several customers using their individual mobile phones for reservation and meal-ordering. The meal-ordering and reservation system comprises: a receiving and transmitting program for data exchange with the customer's mobile phone in a wireless communication manner, a database and an operation and processing center. The data base includes a menu module, a seat waiting module for storing data of customers waiting for seats, and a seat arranged module for storing data of customers having arranged with seats. A seat arrangement module on the operation and processing center can determine whether to arrange the seat based on the reservation data received by the receiving and transmitting program to execute the seat arrangement.
