Abstract A light-emitting device and a method manufacturing the same. The light-emitting device includes a substrate, a light-emitting element and a light-electricity-transforming element. The substrate has a first region and a second region. The first and second regions are non-overlapping. The light-emitting element is disposed above the substrate and located in the second region. The light-electricity-transforming element is disposed above the substrate and located in the first region. At least a portion of a side wall of the light-electricity-transforming element is corresponded to at least a portion of the light-emitting element so that the light-electricity-transforming device can receive a side light from the light-emitting element and transform the side light into an electricity power.
