The characteristic is in that: there is only one the static valve core, and the dynamic valve cores are the first dynamic valve core and the second dynamic valve core located at two sides of the static valve core, wherein the first dynamic valve core has a first capillary pore piercing through its axis and at least a first overflow channel piercing through its axis.
