This invention provides a method of producing organic modified laminate composite material, including the following steps: a) mixing a delamination agent and an organic modified laminate to form a mixture; and b) adding the mixture into an organic solvent, stirring and mixing for a predetermined period and then drying the mixture to obtain the organic modified laminate composite material. Accordingly, this invention modifies the organic modified laminate by means of the delamination agent to produce a novel organic modified laminate composite material. The organic modified laminate composite material may form excellent mutual active forces with most polymer materials. Delamination-type composite material can be therefore formed and provide more competitive capability for its applied products.
