This invention provides a manufacturing method of aluminum surface coating, particularly an innovative method for the design of surface texture of aluminum material in order to overcome conventional drawbacks of a single color monotonous vision as well as color fading and peeling caused by patterned paster. The operation of applying coating on the aluminum material surface is mainly to have aluminum material wash clean and degrease to remove surface greasy dirt, subject to electrolytic chemical polishing and nano-anodizing treatments to increase aluminum surface luster and abrasion resistance, deposit more than one layer or one color of coating on the surface to form the patterned coating. In the meantime, electric current color stabilization treatment is applied to the material and finally the surface coating is deposited with a layer of sealing agent to form a protected coating after drying out.
