Abstract | An automatic monitoring transducer for fiber-optic receiver of cable TV is responsible for monitoring the state of fiber-optic receiver at any time by installing fiber-optic receiver at the allocated location of cable TV operator; when the monitoring transducer detects the abnormal state of fiber-optic receiver, it will transmit the alert message to the monitoring host via PSTN; furthermore, the serial number switch in the monitoring transducer can freely adjust the number by installer, therefore the serial number system can identify the faulty location right away to achieve automatic monitoring, immediate alert and fast services. |
