ESTE SISTEMA COMPRENDE UN SUJETADOR DE CINTA ADHESIVA, UNA CAPA DE SUDSTRATO Y UN PANEL DE FIJACIN FIBROSO. ESTE PANEL ESTA ENLAZADO A LA CAPA DE SUBSTRATO Y COMPRENDE UNA SUPERFICIE EXTERNA FIBROSA CAPAZ DE OFRECER ENLACE ADHESIVO CON EL SUJETADOR DE CINTA ADHESIVA. EL PANEL DE FIJACION FIBROSO SUMINISTRA UNA RESISTENCIA A LA DEFORMACION DE POR LO MENOS 0,60 LIBRAS-FUERZA, APROXIMADAMENTE (2,67 NEWTONS). DICHO PANEL TAMBIEN DRINDA UNA RESISITENCIA MAXIMA AL DESPRENDIMIENTO CON EL SUJETADOR DE CINTA ADHESIVA DE APROXIMADAMENTE 0,80 LIBRAS-FUERZA (3,56 NEWTONS). LA SUPERFICIE EXTERNA FIBROSA DEL PANEL D FIJACION FIBROSO COMPRENDE FIBRAS CAPACES DE TOLERAR UNA REMOCION DEL SUJETADOR DE CINTA ADHESIVA SIN CONTAMINAR DE MANERA INACEPTABLE EL SUJETADOR, A FIN FE PERMITIR SU RESUJECION A DICHA SUPERFICIE EXTERNA FIBROSA. The system comprises an adhesive tape fastener 20, a substrate layer 22 and a fibrous taping panel 24. The fibrous taping panel is bonded to the substrate layer and includes a fibrous outer surface which is capable of providing adhesive bonding with the adhesive tape fastener. The fibrous taping panel provides a shear strength with the adhesive tape fastener of at least about 0.60 pounds-force (2.67 Newtons). The fibrous taping panel can also provide a peel strength with the adhesive tape fastener of no more than about 0.80 pounds-force (3.56 Newtons). The fibrous outer surface of the fibrous taping panel comprises fibers which are capable of withstanding a peeling removal of the adhesive tape fastener therefrom without unacceptably contaminating the adhesive tape fastener to allow a refastening of the adhesive tape fastener to the fibrous outer surface.
